These terms govern access to and use of Admanburner. By using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the business you represent.
Use of the service
Admanburner provides software for reading advertising data, generating analysis, surfacing recommendations, and helping approved users operate Meta ad accounts more efficiently.
You must use the service lawfully and only with accounts and data you are authorized to access.
Customer responsibility
You are responsible for your Meta account permissions, ad spend, campaign choices, creative compliance, and any live changes approved or executed through your workspace.
Admanburner provides software and decision support. It does not guarantee performance outcomes, profitability, or policy approval from Meta.
Access and security
You must keep your login credentials secure and promptly notify us of any suspected unauthorized access. We may suspend access when needed to protect the service, customer data, or third parties.
Third-party services
The service depends on third-party platforms and infrastructure, including Meta and cloud providers. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, API changes, or restrictions imposed by those third parties.
Intellectual property
Admanburner and its software, workflows, and branding remain our property. You retain rights to your own business data, ad data, creatives, and other materials you provide or connect through authorized accounts.
Fees and plans
If paid plans are offered, pricing, billing, and any applicable renewal terms will be presented separately. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Admanburner will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if continued access creates security or legal risk, or if required by third-party platform policies.
