Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Admanburner collects, why we collect it, how we use connected Meta ad account data, and how a customer can request deletion or access.
What we collect
We collect account information you provide directly, such as your email address, workspace details, and support messages. When you connect Meta, we may collect profile details, accessible ad accounts, ad performance data, creatives, and related metadata needed to operate the product.
We also collect operational data such as logs, job history, recommendation history, action history, and security events so the product can function safely and reliably.
How we use data
We use data to provide dashboards, recommendations, chat responses, creative analysis, account sync, audit history, security monitoring, and customer support.
We may use service providers to process data on our behalf, including hosting, authentication, database, AI, and infrastructure vendors.
Connected Meta account data
Admanburner uses Meta permissions and APIs to access advertising data that a customer explicitly grants through Meta login. We use that data to read performance, generate analysis, and, if the customer approves, execute permitted account changes on their behalf.
Connected tokens are stored in encrypted form. We retain synced account data only as long as needed to operate, support, secure, and improve the service.
AI and subprocessors
Some product features send limited account context, performance data, or creative assets to third-party AI providers to generate recommendations, summaries, chat responses, or creative analysis.
Our current stack may include providers such as Meta, Supabase, Vercel, OpenAI, and Google Gemini. We do not sell customer advertising data.
Data sharing and disclosure
We share data only with subprocessors and service providers needed to run the service, when required by law, or as necessary to protect the rights, safety, and security of Admanburner, our users, or third parties.
Retention and deletion
We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain audit history, meet security and legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Customers can request deletion by following the instructions on the Data Deletion page.
Your choices
You can disconnect Meta access, stop using the product, or request deletion of account data. If you need access, correction, or deletion support, contact support@admanburner.com.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls, encryption for sensitive credentials, and operational monitoring. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may update the effective date or provide additional notice.
